We listen carefully to where you think you or your group need some help. We look at what works and what doesn’t. Then we will discuss ideas around how best to help put a plan together for your team, business, leaders etc. This is often a collaborative effort with the intention to share ownership of the process.

STEP 2

DEVISE A PLAN

Based on a simple gap analysis needs of the team, group, leader(s), we will design a plan to teach, demonstrate and practise your people in the skills of leadership, team building, communication, decision making etc.

STEP 3

EXECUTE PLAN

We will deliver the programme of training as agreed.

STEP 4

REVIEW OUTCOME

We will conduct an After Action Review openly and honestly to establish what worked and what needs to be improved. This process is beneficial for 2 reasons. The first is that it will foster an open and frank approach to criticism, both good and bad. The second is that it will show your people how to do it properly for their own benefit later, should they be in a position to it for others.

REPEAT- MODIFY

Repetition with modifications (if necessary) is a cornerstone of any culture where excellence is demanded
